Local Delivery
If you are located in one of our local delivery zones there is a flat rate of $150 plus GST. This can be automatically added onto your order at checkout.
Freight - Outside Delivery Zone
Glass and larger orders outside of the local delivery zone are freighted via TOLL. The order is packed into a custom-made crate for safe transporting and is too heavy to hand unload, and can Only be forklifted off.
If you don’t have access to a forklift at the delivery address, Toll will take the crate to the Nearest Toll Depot for you to arrange pickup from with suitable transport. Toll will transfer the crate to your ute/trailer with their forklift.
Please let us know in the notes at checkout if you have a forklift onsite, otherwise we will organise Quote/Freight to the closest Depot.

Smaller Hardware Orders
Due to the nature of our products, the shipping cost of smaller hardware orders are calculated by our team and a separate invoice supplied to ensure the best and most cost-effective option for your order (eg express postage or courier). **We do not profit on shipping, if you are unhappy with shipping costs you may cancel your order and request a refund.**

If you would like a freight/courier price prior to placing your order, please save your Cart to your ‘Wishlist’. You can then “Request a Shipping Quote” – please ensure you include your address and best contact number. Our Team will receive your Wishlist and arrange a quote for the best delivery option available for you.
