Refund Policy & Delivery

Returns

DIY Frameless Glass are happy to exchange any item if any item(s) were incorrectly ordered as long as the items are returned within (14) fourteen days, and are undamaged and in original condition. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all freight charges to return and exchange the item(s). Please note that we do charge an additional 25% restocking fee on items to be returned. If you would like to return/exchange an item please email info@diyframelessglass.com.au with details of the transaction.

Payment / Delivery

Credit Card

Our online Visa & Mastercard secure checkout system will be operational shorthly but in tthe meantime we are able to take credit card payments over the phone.

Direct Deposit

If you would like to pay via bank deposit, please contact us after placing your order and we will provide you with our BSB and account details.
* All payments must be received before orders are dispatched.

GST is calculated at checkout.

Delivery
Delivery time is between 2 and 10 working days depending on the destination. We have 6 warehouses around Australia.
